Here is an image of a second generation CINVA press. It's the grand daddy of this sort of machine. There are some short comings associated with this design but it was a step up from the original version.

On december 2011, Fabio Araujo and Andreas Gmeiner visited a small CEB factory near Brasilia, Brazil. The CEB Press in use was a DIY, manually controlled hydraulic CEB press. Here are some images of the press and accompanying soil mixer:
